1. HOW DO I PAY?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & PayPal.

At the moment we do not offer Afterpay or Direct deposit.

2. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Within Metro areas, deliveries will be between 2 - 5 business days

Regional area deliveries will be between 5 - 12 business days and could be longer based on the remoteness of some delivery addresses.

3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days from approval of the refund.

4. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is FREE on all Orders over $100.

Orders under $100 have flat rate shipping Australia wide:

Standard delivery: $10.
Express delivery: $15.

For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Typically, you are redirected to an authentication page on your bank’s website, and you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone. This process is familiar to Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check.

6. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship to Australia at this time.

7. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

8. WHAT IF MY LINGERIE DOESN'T FIT?

Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".

Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight-fitting, so if you are in doubt between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
